Flagship project for a valued continued client at the heart of Oldham's regeneration, converting the town's old grade II listed library into a new bespoke hub for Oldham council and services. A combination of traditional and modern construction methods have been utilised to restore this 19th century building which include Lime plaster, Vaulted ceilings, Gypsum partitions and Firestopping.
