Working alongside a leading international property management company, we completed the conversion of a Leeds City Centre office block into 87 student apartments. Encountering challenges along the way we utilised our extensive knowledge of Metsec systems to overcome structural, fire and acoustic issues alongside a ceiling and partitions package which consisted of a full British Gypsum specification.
